Campers MUST attend the week designated for the LAST GRADE COMPLETED.

2008 Camp Fee
$55  for Day Camp and $75.00 for overnight camp (grades 3-12).  An additional $10 fee will be required if you do not pre-register by noon the Friday before your camp week begins. Camp fees are not refundable.

Every camper will receive a Rolling Hills T-shirt.

Beyond exercising all possible precautions, the Rolling hills Bible Camp, staff, and/or any congregation supporting the camp will not be held responsible for any expenses or liability incurred by accident or illness beyond that covered by insurance. (NOTE: initial responsibility lies with campers primary insurance, however, Rolling Hills Bible Camp carries secondary insurance on all campers).

The elders of the Rolling Hills Church of Christ oversee Rolling Hills Bible Camp and the staff is from area churches of Christ.

Campers - What To Bring
Toilet articles, bedding, Bible, towels/washcloths, pencil, notebook, swimsuit, tennis shoes, ball glove, insect repellent, flashlights, and alarm clock. Enough clothes for the week. *All clothing must be modest
, no tank tops, midriff tops, halter-tops or fishnet tops. All pants must be to the knee. The camp director may ask you to change if you are deemed immodest. No clothing with alcohol and/or tobacco advertisement will be permitted.

Campers - DO NOT BRING
Cell phones, Radios, C.D's., tape players, cell phones, pagers, iPods, MP3 players, matches, lighters, fireworks, electronic games, magazines, firearms, alcoholic beverages, knives, tobacco in any form, water guns (water games provided).

CAMP DISCIPLINE
First Offense - Campers will go before camp director and senior counselor. Camper will be given verbal warning, rules will be clarified, and meeting will be documented.
Second Offense
- Parents will be notified to come for conference.
Third Offense
- Parents will be asked to pick up camper.

Destruction of property will not be tolerated. Parents may be assessed for damages of property.

Any abuse or deliberate damage to the Tempra-Pedic mattresses will result in the camper being sent home immediately and the parent will be responsible for replacing the mattress. The actual replacement cost of each mattress is $800 and each parent and child must sign a notice regarding the care of theses mattresses.

Any illegal action will result in contact of proper authorities.

SAFETY AND FIRST - AID
Parents must indicate on camp application any medication camper is on and times to be administered.
Parents should complete a release form for emergency room treatment and name of insurance.
Medical history on camp application should be accurate, including family doctor, dentist, and/or eye doctor.
Limitation from activities due to medical problems must be indicated.

CARS AND DRIVING
Junior counselors are expected to be on camp premises and performing their duties at all times.
Campers are also expected to remain on camp premises at all times.

VISITORS
All visitors must FIRST check in with the director or camp staff before visiting with campers.
Visitors are welcome during meal hours and from suppertime until time to return to cabins for the night. Donations will be accepted for meals. We ask that visitors refrain from visiting during class times and recreation times in order to encourage full participation of all campers. Visitors must comply with all camp rules and are subject to campers' dress code. Camp director reserves the right to ask those who do not comply to leave camp facilities.

PARENTS
If parents must pick up campers for sports, etc., they must inform the director and sign the camper out. Upon returning, parents should inform the director and sign the camper back in.  Parents must submit in writing, to be filed, the names of any persons with whom campers are allowed to leave. Identification will be requested. The person picking up campers is responsible for signing camper in/out and informing the director each time.
